How Long Does Credentialing Take?
Credentialing can take up to 120 business days for each insurance company but don't worry, Quest can help you every step of the way.

Does quest process client Deductibles, copays, and Coinsurance?
Quest is able to process balance's due from the client based on a weekly schedule.

will Quest assist with scheduling my clients?
At this time, Quest does not offer assistance with scheduling new or current clients.
Do I have to change my EHR system to work with Quest?
Quest has experience with Therapy Notes, My Client's Plus, Simple Practice, and AdvancedMD. If you are using a different EHR system, we are happy to help you transition to an EHR system we are familiar with, or we can learn how to use the EHR system you are currently using.
